Take Action

Looking for ways to remove glueboards from your local stores, homes, and institutions? Here are just a few ideas.

Start a Conversation

Whether it's in person or via social media, you can start a conversation with your friends and family about the danger of glueboards and the reasons they should avoid them. There are many ways to do this; a particularly easy one is just directing them to this site, where we can take care of all the informing!

Outreach

In the dropdown menu for the Take Action tab, we've provided downloadable files that are ready to be distributed. We've included posters and pamphlets that can be posted on bulletin boards or distributed to the public. The informational poster includes a place where you write in the name of the institution that you're trying to persuade to stop glueboard use.

Join Our Campaign

We would love to share our plans for the coming months and see if there is any way that you would like to assist! Initially, most of our focus will be in New England, but we aim to expand much further afield. If you have even just an hour to drop off our materials at a local store, post them up, or communicate with a policymaker, we would love to hear from you.  Follow this link, and we'll get back to you soon.

Other Efforts

Independent of our work, many others are also striving to achieve glueboard bans. There's one petition directed to the Minister of Agriculture in France, and another addressed to the President of the European Parliamant. Consider signing those, particularly if you live in the EU, and checking out the Against Glue Traps Facebook page.

We can't do this without you!
